San Francisco

We're a herd of about 80 lovely sheep, mostly Suffolk and South Suffolk. Our flock's been around for a good while now, although none of us are as old as the profile says. And besides, it's not polite to ask a lady her age.
We are mostly ladies, at least the adults. Which means every year we get to see a ton of adorable new lambs show up, mostly as twins.
We've got lots of land to roam on, about 15 acres (plus a separate field when someone's not feeling well), and Francisco, who we're named after, does a great job of taking care of us. We really appreciate the feeding and late-night checks on pregnant mommas-to-be.
Aside from regular meal times, our favorite thing is when folks come by to hand-feed us bread. We can get a bit carried away, though, so be ready to push back on the crush of hungry and curious sheep. ↑ Less
